instructions peel apples using potato peeler . Then put the apples in the pot with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Put the stove on medium high and place on pot . After 30 min , remove pot and stir in the 3 tsp cinnamon ,1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar . Put pot back on stove . Keep stove on medium high.Let cook for 30 more minuets , stoping occasionally to stir . Serve as a tasty side.
