butternut squash soup

my interview was on my mom.
this is butter nut squash it tastes wonderful


Prep Time:15 min
Cooking Time:45 min


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 medium butternut squash,peeled seedea and cut into chunks
1 medium chopped onion
1 clove of garlic minced
1 half teaspoon of ground allspice
a half a teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 cans of chicken broth
half of a cup of sour cream

Directions:


  • First heat oil in sauce pan add squash onion and garlic, cook for 15 minutes until crisp and tinder
  • Add chicken broth, bring to a boil cover and reduce heat to low simmer for 15 minutes cool
  • Add to blinder in small batches and Puerou until smooth, return to sauce pan and heat through thourthy
  • Lader into bowls and add a dolupe of sour cream
  • ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
