This Christmas fudge is rich,sweet,chocolaty, and festive!Yum!!!! prep time: 2 hr. 15 min. cook time: 15 min. total time: 2 hr. 30 min.
servings: 25 (2 1/2 pounds)
Ingredients
2 1/2 c.
sugar
3/4 tsp.
salt
1/2 stick
butter or margarine
1 5 oz.can
evaporated milk
(2/3 c.)
1 jar (7 1/2 oz.)
marshmallow fluff
3/4 tsp.
vanilla
1 12-oz.package
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c.
chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
1.Grease a 9-inch baking pan;set aside.
2.In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.
3.Increase heat to medium and bring to a full-rolling boil. Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chocolate until chocolate is melted.
5. Add nuts and/or sprinkles.
6. Pour into greased pan and cool for at least two hours.
7.After fudge has cooled,cut into bite sized squares and enjoy!!!!

Every Christmas eve, at my step-grandmas party, she makes this fudge and sometimes my step mom and her sister get to decorate it with sprinkles and nuts. Everyone loves it! I hope you had fun and enjoyed making my recipe!
