Peach Cobbler

Cobbler that melts in your mouth, cheese cake so rich, so cream, its to die for.

Ingredients: Peach Cobbler



Prep Time: 15-30
Cook Time: 30-40
Oven Time: 2 hrs


4 cups of sliced peaches
2 cups sugar divided
1/2 cup water
8 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
ground cinnamon



Directions:
  • Preheat over 350 degrees F
  • combine the peaches, 1 cup water in a saucepan and stir well
  • bring a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
  • remove from heat do not stir
  • spoon fruit on top gently pouring in syrup
  • sprinkle top with ground cinnamon
  • batter will rise to during baking
  • leave in oven for 30-40 minutes






It was a cold Thanksgiving when i had my first peach cobble, once i saw it i couldn't get my eyes off of it. When it was time to say grace. I had already start eating. The peaches was so juicy and sweet. my heat was pounding when my mom said "just a few more minutes for the other." i had a big smile on my face, which was stuffed with peaches.
